• Event Participation Data Check-in timestamps, QR scan logs, session attendance records, and any inputs collected during the event such as feedback or benefit receipts.
• Officer & Device Information Login credentials, device identifiers, and location data of agriculture officers using the app — used for audit trails and access control.
• Usage Data App interaction logs, session durations, and feature usage statistics — used to improve app performance and reliability.

• Farmer Registration & Check-in To register farmers for events and enable seamless QR code–based check-in at mela venues.
• Attendance & Reporting To generate accurate, real-time attendance reports and post-event analytics for agriculture officers and district administration.
• Benefit & Scheme Delivery To verify farmer eligibility and facilitate distribution of government scheme benefits, subsidies, or informational materials during events.
• Communication To send SMS or in-app notifications related to event schedules, registrations, and important government announcements.
• Service Improvement Usage and performance data is analyzed to enhance the functionality and reliability of the app.

Farmer and officer data collected through Rythu Mela is shared only with authorized personnel of the Telangana Agriculture Department and relevant district administration. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third-party commercial entities.

Data may be disclosed to government authorities if required under applicable Indian law or by order of a competent authority.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorized personnel only.
